T minus 2 days
Well, two days from now we'll be parents. And since part of parenthood is sharing baby pictures with all and sundry, that means it's time we created a blog.
Update so far: our contrarian son decided--after sitting for a few weeks the way he was supposed to, head-down--that he'd had enough of that, and flipped head-up-and-sideways. Because this is not conducive to happy and healthy childbirth, we scheduled a C-section for 7:30 a.m., Saturday, January 20. We are thus in the curious (though hardly unprecedented) position of knowing our son's birthday before he is born.
For lack of scanned, more-recent ultrasound pictures, I'll share one of his very first baby pictures--more than six months ago, now.
