The Philadelphia story

We had a wonderful time in Philadelphia last weekend visiting our particular friends Jean and Jeremy and Thomas's particular friend Sarah. (James likes her too.)

We went to the coolest playground ever, and also an exhibit of Chagall's paintings. James enjoyed the art, especially a small drawing of a man with mismatched trousers that he went back to see three or four times. Thomas...enjoyed dashing away from our party and into an open elevator the second we put him down. We retrieved him hastily. Maybe art appreciation will come in time for him.
