Oh, and I should add that at his 18-month checkup, James was nearly 33 inches tall and weighed 27 and 3/4 pounds. This puts him at around the 70th percentile for both height and weight. He also demonstrated his status as the world's greatest mover of furniture -- I think he managed to move everything in the exam room but the table. Luckily, the nurse (who came in to give him his shots while he was thus occupied) was suitably impressed. He was cross about having to get booster shots, but cheered up quickly enough to give the nurse a high-five as she left.
