Taking a firm stance against bipedalism

James continues to be the world expert in cruising along the coffee table, holding on only by a finger or two. He has absolutely no interest in losing the coffee table, though. This is in part because he's learned to crawl three-legged, so that he can carry something undamaged in one of his hands. Once you can move and carry your snack around, he's obviously reasoned, who needs to walk?

This also has the advantage of making him somewhat less of a flight risk.

Well, just wait until he realizes that walking lets him carry a snack AND a drink at the same time!

Augusta-- Matt and I love the blog! Clare can't wait to meet her cousin (ok... she isn't aware of family relationships yet, but once she is...).
