The other night Thomas was keeping me company in his high chair while I fixed dinner. Meanwhile, Dave and James kept popping in and out.
Thomas followed them with his eyes for a while, then decided to try a different tactic. He called: "Dada! Dada! DADA!"
Dave jumped, then turned around. Thomas looked pleased.
