Cars!

James's new obsession is naming cars. He's learned to recognize every brand of car normally found in our neighborhood and will shout: "Honda! Toyota! Hyundai! Ford! Nissan!" as we walk through the parking lot.

This has made him a minor celebrity at the Rockville Whole Foods. "Hey, kid, what kind of car do I have?" "Nissan!" "Wow!"

He's so taken with naming cars that he'll even point out to me spots in the neighborhood where a given car is usually parked, but is not there. "VW bug not there now! Tan Honda van not here now!"
