The Thomas update

At Thomas's checkup this week he was 32 inches tall and 23 pounds, putting him around the 75th percentile in height and 25th in weight, as usual. He played a good joke, too -- our pediatrician was asking me how many words he used, and Thomas pointed out the window at a flock of passing school buses. "Bus, bus, bus, bus, bus!" he cried, pointing to the five buses. "Okay, so he's comfortable with language," she said. Thomas laughed.
