Now he's acting in Shakespeare...

At the zoo yesterday James pitched a fit for mysterious reasons and spent much of the excursion slung around Dave's neck like an enraged boa. He kept screaming: "I am very cross at you! I am angry! I am not funny! DON'T LAUGH!! STOP THAT LAUGHING!!! NOT FUNNY! DON'T LAUGH!!"

As Dave carried James back up the hill, I followed with Thomas and fielded comments from passersby, of which there were many:

"Ahhh, I've got four of my own."

"Haven't you heard of spanking?"

And, my favorite, from a couple who were laughing so hard that tears sprayed from their eyes: "Our second used to throw fits like that. Now he's acting in Shakespeare! Godspeed."
