Another new activity that has been occupying James's time is intently looking at the person who is holding him and delivering, in a quiet and intent tone, short orations.
Usually they involve the words "gu" and "aye." I think the latter is actually an imitation of "hi."
Or "zzz." (James does have a rather adult snore.)

Augh! I am stealing your child. He is too cute for words.
Hm. Perhaps that sound? The high-pitched squeeing? That could be the biological clock of which we've all heard so much. Heh.
